  The Research Wizard automatically accesses the most up-to-date information each time you open the program. All you need is an internet connection. No need to worry about downloading data each day. However, if you'd like to use the program in "local" mode, (ideal if you know you may not have access to an internet connection later), you can download the most up-to-date database and then use the program anywhere.)
